By minibus to Cayenne. There is a minibus at 11:30 from Saint Laurent to Cayenne for € 40 (€ 37 online with guyanadeplacement.fr , € 60 to Cayenne airport), taking about 4 hours. There are also shared taxi (but i didn't find them).
From Cayenne to the airport take bus number 7 from the Gare Routiere (bus terminal) next of the market to the last stop (Eglise de Matouri), from the (mini) bus number F, €2 + €1,30 about 1 hour. Last bus maybe at about 6pm.

Via Martinique by plane to Guadeloupe.
From the airport to Pointe a Pitre via Boulevard Chanzy to Le Gosier runs bus AE1 and AE3 on weekdays.
On weekends the bus Z2 to Gare Routiere Bergevin close to Gare Maritim Bergevin via Boulevard Chanzy goes the bus Z2 for € 1,20 on a rather complicated route. These buses run on sunday only until 12 lunch time.
Karneval is in Poite a Pitre every sunday from january until Mardi Grad. My room was a good place for seeing the parades.
Had a day trip to Pointe Noire, Deshaies and Cafeiere.
Had an other daytrip to Le Moule and Saint Franzois. Between Le Moule and Saint Franzois is the Maison Zevallos, a Iron building from Eiffel, unfortunately you can see it only from the Road.
And a visit at the small Museum Saint-John Perse, an other Iron building. The 1. floor shows the live of the famose poet Saint-Paul Perse, the groundfloor dresses and furnitures at the late 19. century.
Went to the Memorial ACTe Museum, a very impessive museum showing with a lot of multimedia about slavery and the indigenus population of the Caribian (no camera).
